Bucket Elevator

For efficient vertical material handling in grain and agricultural processing plants, the bucket elevator provides a fast and reliable conveying solution. It is used for lifting and transferring materials such as pulses, grains, spices, lentils, cumin seeds, wheat, and other agricultural products. Its high-throughput capability helps improve plant productivity while reducing manual handling requirements.

The machine consists of three main sections: the bottom or intake section, trunk or middle section, and bucket elevator head section. The trunk sections can be added or removed to adjust the overall height according to installation requirements. A rigid square frame with regularly positioned cross supports provides structural stability. Buckets are mounted at regular intervals on a nylon-cotton mix belt and operate over top and bottom crowned pulleys. The system is equipped with an enclosed gear motor for dependable operation, while universal flange cartridge bearings with lifetime lubrication support smooth performance and reduced maintenance requirements.
