Gravity Separator

Achieving precise separation is essential when seeds and grains have similar dimensions but differ in density. The Gravity Separator Machine from N. K. Industries is developed for this purpose, allowing processors to separate lighter and heavier materials with greater accuracy. It helps eliminate inferior and unwanted seeds, including rotten, immature, bird-eaten, and broken grains, resulting in a cleaner and more uniform final product.

A specially designed rectangular deck provides a longer product travel path, giving the machine more opportunity to distinguish materials according to their specific weight. This contributes to cleaner separation and helps maintain a low percentage of middling material. To accommodate varying processing requirements, N.K.
