Vibro Classifier

N. K. Industries manufactures efficient and reliable Vibro classifiers designed for effective cleaning, screening, and classification of grains and agricultural products. The machine is equipped with a high-capacity aspiration system featuring hopper aspiration for pre-screening and outlet aspiration for post-screening, providing an effective air wash to remove dust, loose husk, fibers, and other lightweight impurities.

The Vibro Classifier machine is available with two-deck and three-deck configurations to meet different grain cleaning and grading requirements. Powered by vibro motors, the screening decks provide efficient separation of materials based on size and weight.

The different deck arrangements help remove a wide range of impurities and unwanted materials. The screening process can separate large impurities such as sticks, husks, leaves, and other oversized materials, while subsequent decks remove fine dirt, sand, and other smaller particles. In three-deck configurations, the additional deck also helps separate small grain particles for improved product classification.
